Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing a Manage Agency workspace, you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

• You're responsible for everything done under your account.
• Keep credentials secure; notify us immediately of unauthorised access.
• One person per account. Invite teammates properly.

Don't use the platform to:

• Store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass our security, auth, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, resell, or rebrand the product without written permission.
• Harass clients or team members inside the portal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Your content stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it for the sole purpose of running the product for you and the clients you invite.

We aim to keep the platform up, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may update features, pricing, or policy over time; material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Manage Agency is provided “as is” without warranty. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach, abuse, or non-payment. On termination you can export your data within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
